Teams are ready to get season XII of the eSFL rolling....
Looking at the teams after training camp, many improved in areas they was weak, yet others did not do so well. I spoke to a few of the other GM's in the last few weeks and everyone seems to be fairly happy with their teams. I for one, think my team rides on how the Philly Eagles perform each and every week and if my studs can stay healthy. Coach Kav has been ready to go since the draft was complete. He looks to take baby steps by making the playoffs and hoping for the best from there. Coach Fields said that he believes he can compete for a playoff spot with everyone else ragging on his squad. Coach Rhodes thinks this is possibly his worst team since 2008 when he won the title and Coach Matt Templin believes he is the best thing since sliced bread. Proven winners in this league like Coach Pardue have been quiet and as usual, he will let his players do his talking. Coach McKinney started training camp about 4 days late, and his roster shows it. Whoever the coach of the D Crownholder is needs to take a look at the rules and roster limits. I am ashamed to say that he has a title and I don't. Coach Chaz Templin of the Bruisers looks like the favorite in the Appalachian Division and looks to make the playoffs for the 3rd straight year. Coach Frost is looking to solidify his title run back in 2007 and prove that it wasn't a fluke. Returning back to the league after a 5 year absence, Coach Igama brings a solid team with Sweaty Palms to the front of the Appalachian Division. Geographically, he is out in left field, but his team has a good chance to contend for the title. The shmuck of last season, Coach Vial, of the Vigilantes, decided to attend this years draft and made the most of it. He should at least double or even triple his victory total from last season. Defending Champs, Whitmore Workhorses Coach Whit has surprisingly been quiet and usually is the first to start the shit talk. Unfortunately for him, Coach Jesse Zima opened his pie hole and decided to projected an undefeated season for his Ruskies and another Ballistic Bowl title. I think he is full of shit if he thinks he can march through these 14 games and win them all.
I think I speak for everyone when I said...."Hey Zima, this ain't no Ya Hoo league!"
