Pardue Bruisermakers were led to a 6+ point victory by a 26.40 point effort from Dallas Clark who had 119 receiving yards in addition to 4 rushing yards. With this performance, Clark was the number 2 ranked tight end for week 9. They also got help from a 25.81 point effort from David Garrard, who had 264 passing yards and 1 passing td in addition to 29 rushing yards.
"It was a tough battle and the Balut never gave up," Pardue Bruisermakers coach Ron Pardue said.

Boot Hill Balut were helped out in a losing cause by a 31.30 point effort from Frank Gore, who posted 83 rushing yards and 1 rushing td in addition to 75 receiving yards. With this performance, Gore was the number 3 ranked running back for week 9. They also got help from a 26.70 point effort from Mike Sims-Walker, who added147 receiving yards and 1 receiving td.  "Once again, we just aint good enough," Boot Hill Balut coach T. Rhodes said.  Compounding the issue, Boot Hill could have scored 178.28 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but T. Rhodes left key players like Pierre Garcon and his corresponding 11.00 points on the bench.
Boot Hill Balut drew the short straw with their schedule this week, as their point total would have resulted in a win against 8 out of 10 other potential opponents in week 9. This brings the record for Pardue Bruisermakers to 6-3, and drops Boot Hill Balut to a record of 1-8. Coming up in week 10, Boot Hill Balut are at the 5-4 D Crownholders, where D Crownholders are an early 30.0-point underdog, while Pardue Bruisermakers are at the 3-6 Zima Ruskies, where Zima Ruskies are an early 41.2-point underdog.

"We took them out of their game," Frost Furrious Flurries coach Jeff Frost said.
Zima Ruskies were helped out in a losing cause by a 26.75 point effort from Eli Manning, who got by the San Diego Chargers defense for 215 passing yards and 2 passing tds. They also got help from a 15.30 point effort from Santonio Holmes, who got by the Denver Broncos defense for 93 receiving yards.
"I take full responsibility for this loss, I wasn't prepared and neither was my team" Zima Ruskies coach Jesse Kizima said. Adding salt to the wound, the Zima Ruskies could have scored 147.05 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Jesse Kizima left key players like Shawne Merriman and his corresponding 19.50 points on the bench.
The Furrious Flurries took advantage of their schedule this week, as their point total would have gone for a loss against 7 out of 10 other potential opponents in week 9. The Furrious Flurries move to 5-4, and the Zima Ruskies drop to a dissapointing 3-6.

D Crownholders were helped out in a losing cause by a 35.55 point effort from Chris Johnson, who beat the San Francisco 49ers defense for 135 rushing yards and 2 rushing tds in addition to 25 receiving yards. With this performance, Johnson was the number 4 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 9. They also got help from a 25.73 point effort from Tom Brady, who beat the Miami Dolphins defense for 332 passing yards and 1 passing td in addition to 5 rushing yards. "We didn't get the job done," D Crownholders coach Jordan Kizima said.
Compounding the issue, D Crownholders could have scored 178.72 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Jordan Kizima left key players like Ben Roethlisberger and his corresponding 28.37 points on the bench.
This brings the record for Temp's Texas Boy's to 6-3, and drops D Crownholders to a record of 5-4.

Fields Fanatix were helped out in a losing cause by a 28.70 point effort from Randy Moss, who beat the Miami Dolphins defense for 147 receiving yards and 1 receiving td. With this performance, Moss was the number 2 ranked wide receiver for week 9. They also got help from a 23.40 point effort from Hines Ward, who snuck past the Denver Broncos defense for 44 receiving yards and 2 receiving tds. "We beat ourselves," Fields Fanatix coach Bruce Fields said.
Causing further embarrassment, Fields Fanatix could have scored 189.90 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Bruce Fields left key players like Greg Olsen and his corresponding 30.10 points on the bench. This brings the record for Texan Bruisers to 6-3, and drops Fields Fanatix to a record of 5-4.

The Pulverizers embarrassed a hapless Kav's Kavanators in front of a crowd of 65,979.

"I'm happy I could make a contribution," Perdew Pulverizers coach Josh Perdew said.
Kav's Kavanators were helped out in a losing cause by a 30.56 point effort from Philip Rivers, who got by the New York Giants defense for 209 passing yards and 3 passing tds in addition to 15 rushing yards. With this performance, Rivers was the number 5 ranked quarterback for week 9. They also got help from a 11.45 point effort from Reggie Wayne, who snuck past the Houston Texans defense for 64 receiving yards.
"You've got to hand it to them," Kav's Kavanators coach Ron Kavanaugh said.
This brings the record for Perdew Pulverizers to 3-6, and drops Kav's Kavanators to a record of 2-7.

Big D were helped out in a losing cause by a 29.70 point effort from Ray Rice, who snuck past the Cincinnati Bengals defense for 48 rushing yards and 1 rushing td in addition to 87 receiving yards. With this performance, Rice was the number 6 ranked running back for week 9. They also got help from a 27.69 point effort from Aaron Rodgers, who got by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense for 266 passing yards and 2 passing tds in addition to 26 rushing yards. "We dug ourselves a deep hole," Big D coach joel Viall said.
This brings the record for Whitmore Workhorse to 7-2, and drops Big D to a record of 5-4.
