eSFL Teams Break Camp

The 2009 eSFL season officially starts their 10th season as all 12 teams broke training camp today at 0700 EST.

Football is in the air. The weather outside shows the all telling signs and teams of the eSFL move from their training camps and are prepared for another season. The 2009 eSFL Two-a-Days ended at 0700 EST with several teams quickly making their final roster adjustments and some even announcing their starting lineups.

This season there were a few teams who simply did not grasp the Training camp concept. League officials handed out as many as five penalty's to owners who made illegal transactions. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and the intent of eSFL training camp was met. eSFL training camp was started in 2009 for several reasons, but mailny to reduce the rounds of the draft. With the draft being reduced owners would still have more than half of their roster slots open. Therefore, training camp was incorporated to prevent single teams from "raping" the free agent list before other owners could make additions. If all owners could grasp the concept it would be a perfect system, as it stands it's almost a perfect system. The league has announced it will write and add to the bylaws and guidelines the penalty's to be incurred by illegal training camp actions.Currently, the commissioner makes these decisions solely, basing the penalty on actions required to return the team to it's condition prior to the illegal action. From the league office, future penalty's will actually be such, returning the team to a state that penalizes them in such a manner that they will understand the importance of following the rules concerning the period.
The season is just around the corner and fans are fired up. Many are dissapointed that some games on the schedule have been eliminated, as double header weeks were cancelled.
Now is the time to show how well your ownership prepared for opening day. We all know that the eSFL Ballistic Bowl is won by acqusitions made throughout the season, not the draft. During the draft everyone gets great players, the difference is made by those owners who make the sleeper pick ups and wonderful trades.
Good luck and hapy eSFL'ing.

Kav receives smack on hand

Kav made four transactions on day 6 when only two are allowed. He made two legal picks (McKelvin,Leodis and Fujita,Scott) an illegal waive (Flacco,Joe) and an illegal acquire (Leftwich,Byron). Therefore, he can keep his legal picks, his illegal players added are removed from his roster, and his illegal waive has been added back to his roster. In the future any illegal acquires he makes will be removed from his roster and he will NOT be allowed to reacquire the illegal players FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR. Also, any illegal waives he makes will be placed back on his roster and HE WILL HAVE TO KEEP THEM ON HIS ROSTER ALL YEAR.  This penalty will apply to any owner making illegal transactions on day 6.

Big D loses players on Day 5

Big D has lost two players he claimed on his day 5(28th)two a days. He signed two players (Clayton and Phillips), waived two players (Harrison and Dunn), and signed two more players (Rhodes and Morris). This equals 6 transactions for the day when only two are allowed. Since his first two daily transactions were within the allowed timeframe he will be allowed to keep his first two signees (Clayton and Phillips). However, his picking up two players(Rhodes and Morris)was illegal and he loses them from his roster. His two waives (Harrison and Dunn)will NOT count as his day 6 transactions, therefore he can make his normal two transactions on day 6 (29th). In the future any waives he makes will be alloted for the following days transactions.

Vote For Blocked Kick Points

I will post a poll on the official league website to allow owners to vote for against BLOCKED KICK points.
The official league site tells me they do not get stats for blocked kicks. Through our corrospondence I have pointed out that they are listed in the commissioner setup area as a stat, but they seem to disagree (even though I can see and set points for it). So, I would prefer to simplu eliminate all blocked kick points. Its hard to track and adds a stat that could change a game outcome later in the week. The poll will be active from August 28th to Sep 3 2009. The selection (yes or no) with the most votes will determine the outcome. Please only vote once.

Date announced for end of 2-a-days

Two-a-Days END at 0700 EST on 30 August 2009.

At that time, owners are free to make any and all transactions allowed by the eSFL rules. Meaning, there will no longer be restrictions on transactions per day.

Also, as of that date and time, all trades will be 5.00 per owner involved.

Reminder, roster size limits are 25 players and you may have 2 players on IR. Players DO NOT have to be injured in real life. To place a player on IR is free but to remove them will cost 5.00. Remember, if you release a player from your IR into the free agent market IT STILL COST you 5.00. Once on the IR, the only way to remove them is to pay 5.00.

Outline of training camp

OK, I wanted to clear up the training camp Two-a-days and point out options and problems.
First all, this league caters to no single individual, not myself, not my only friend (Bruce), not my only friend's wife, not my son in law, not my son, not anyone as a single person or team. As commissioner of this league I only cater to the league owners as a whole. So, the Two-a-Days has me a little worried about a few things that hopefully this overview will eliminate next year.

1. The 0700 EST start date and time was set and posted in the eSFL rules on 21 July. It stated that beginning on that date and time each owner can make only two transactions every 24 hours.

2. The 0700 EST verbage was changed on 25 August to read "...every 24 hoursor 0700 whichever occurs first'. This verbage was changed because-
a. if an owner did not select a player on day one until 0900 EST the old verbage would keep him from selecting on day 2 until 0900.
This would not effect anyone except as described in a. above because:
A. Since day 1 starts at 0700 EST on the 24th, day 2 (or any subsequent day) transactions could not possibly be earlier than 0700 EST, it would be impossible.

Now, with that said I understand their are conflicts for owners being able to pick their players at 0700 EST each day. However, with 12 owners all having different lifestyle, duty hours, and places of residence, it is impossible to make ALL owners happy with any time that would be chosen.
Using this years 0700 EST time I will explain how you may make picks BEFORE 0700 each day:
1. Lets say you could only pick at 0400 EST every morning. OK, that eliminates day 1 on the 24th, but if you had waited until the 25th at 0400 EST you could make day 1's pick. Subsequently, every day after that you could make your transactions at 0400 EST because it would actually be counted toward the previous days transaction. EXAMPLE:
On day 1 (24th) you do not make a pick.
On day 2 (25th) at 0400 EST you make two picks. These two picks are legal because they actually are counted as your day 1 (24th) picks.
On day 3 (26th) at 0340 EST you make two picks. These two picks are legal because they actually are counted as your day 2 (25th) picks.
ect... ect... ect...

Granted, you will be a little behind on day 1, but you actually would have a heads up on everyone by being able to pick BEFORE 0700 EST.

Next year we will do one of two things different:
1. We will draft 35 rounds. Then training camp will consist of DROPPING players to reach a 25 man roster
OR
2. We will draw an owner name from a hat and that owner can select the TIME two a days start. That owner will have their name removed from the hat the next year yuntil over the years it returns back to them.

With all that said, There has only been two people who have made illegal picks this year and actually it amounts to one (details I wont discuss in this forum). There also have been two people requesting a time change. The time will NEVER be changed once the Two-a-Days start, period. This years verbage change DID not change the time, it only allowed all owners to be able to make transactions at 0700 EST each day.

However, as I said, I am dedicated to league owners. If ANY ONE person had requested a time change a couple of days BEFORE the actual start of the Two-a-Days, we could have worked something. If any owner has any problem with any rule I want them to address it to me. But dont wait until that rule is effecting you, its to late in most situations. That does not mean we are going to start a rule re-write session at this point. That can be done in the off season. However, it does mean we will make modifications and changes that are critical.
To be able to do that owners MUST have read the rules. READ the rules BEFORE the draft, point out your concerns, and we will make adjustments as possible or needed. The rules CHANGE EVERY YEAR. I gurantee you every year something in the rules will change, so you have to read them. I will post major changes on the official league website board as well. BUT, Read the rules. And yes, I am a human, I make mistakes. So I am sure their are typos and such in the rules. I will correct them when pointed out, but if a major area of the rules is worded incorrectly and confusing the league presidents and I will get together and determine the intent of the rule and make judgements as needed when situations arrive.
Finally, thanks to all owners for your wonderfull draft day patience and these Two-a-Days. The draft was a pain. We had to register for the ESPN site, register for leaguesafe.com site, then I set the draft room wrong. But everyone was cool and it is appreciated. Next year returning owners will not have to register for the ESPN draft site, only accept the invitation. Thanks again, if anyone has any questions concerning this outline let me know.

Zima and D lose Day 2 Two-a-Days

25 August

Zima and D Crownholders Both made illegal adds between the hours of 0339 and 0422 on the 25th. They have lost their two a days for the 25th as a penalty. Meaning, they cannot pick again until 0700 EST on the 26th, and they can only make two transactions on that day, not 4. They cannot make up those lost transactions until two a days are over. The rule is you can only make two transactions per day beginning at 0700 EST each day.

2009 Schedule change

25 August 2009

The schedule has changed to NO doubleheaders.

It is updated and complete

With the double headers eliminated the roster expansion rule is no longer in place. Disregard the ROSTER SIZE LIMIT info that was previously posted. Roster size limits are set at 25 with 2 IR spots, for the entire season.

D Crownholders Lose day 3's

26 August

D Crownholders made two illegal picks on the 26th ay 0421 and 0603. The players have been removed from their rosters.

As a penalty he cannot select any players again until the 27th at 0700.

he has lost his two a days for the 26th as a penalty. Meaning, they cannot pick again until 0700 EST on the 26th, and they can only make two transactions on that day, not 4. They cannot make up those lost transactions until two a days are over. The rule is you can only make two transactions per day beginning at 0700 EST each day.

2009 Draft Ratings per team

The 2009 eSFL draft went very very well. I actually believe it was the smoothest most efficient draft in league history. Granted, we had problems getting started and was delayed, but once that was taken care of it was wonderfull. I will now take this opportunity to post my annual draft result review. This is where each year someone has to get pissed off at me. Remember, of course you think the player you got that I am knocking is better than everyone else, thats why you got him. With that said, I am in no way an expert, its just my freaking opinion. Hey, this eSFL insider is public forum man, all owners have the right to post whatever they wish here. So, if you dont like it, write your own post draft review.

Before I get into each team I will start with the best and worst section:

Best pick for spot taken-based upon previous years performance,  this years best "steal" could be a tie between:
A. Texan bruiser selecting RB Willie Parker in round 6 AND
B. The Balut selecting WR Eddy Royal in round 5

Worst pick for spot taken-based upon previous years performance this years "bust" could be
A. D Crownholders selection of RB Clinton Portis in the first round.

Worst overall draft:
Zima Ruskies-Selected Marion Barber in second round, Barber won't even be the best RB in Dallas in 2009. Wasted skill position picks on defensive players. Overall-D+

Best Overall draft:
Texan Bruisers-sit back and watch them kick your ass. barring injury and unforseen problems, this team is a top contender. A-
Teams:
Pardue-(B+)
Zima- (D-)
Big D-(B)
Texan-(A-)
Perdew-(C-)
Boot Hill-(B+)
Temp-(C+)
Kav-(D+)
Whit-(C)
D- (C+)
Frost-(C+)
Fields-(B-)

Sleepers:
Pierre Thomas, Bruisers
Tedd Ginn Jr, Big D
Chris Henry, Frost
Josh Morgan, Boot Hill
Percy Harvin, Zima
LeSean McKoy, Perdew
Cedric Benson, Pardue

Watch out for Two-A-Days, thats where teams seperate themselves. Good luck everyone!

Week 8 eSFL Insider

By T. Rhodes

Prime Time Matchup

Fields Fanatix owner Bruce Fields has his hands full this week when he takes on the the Temp`s Texas Boys. Although this is a non-division matchup, it showcases two of the leagues finest teams. With the surprising play of RB Steve Slaton and the ever consistent performances from TE Jason whitten, the Texas Boys have positioned themselves for another run at a Ballistic Bowl title. The `boys` are at the top of the league in most all statistical categories, including the coveted Power Ranking (32.5). Throw in a remarkeable VALUE RANK of 114 and the only weak spot in this teams armor has been the leagues worst coaching efficiency of 71.4 percent. Throw that out the door because this is often an over abused stat that we think is flawed. The better a teams bench is, the higher opportunity for a low coaching efficiency. The Texas Boys will bring the leagues 3rd best defense and a middle of the pack offensive unit (6th) at the Fanatix. Offensively, the team has struggled on several weeks, but look for the return WR Marques Colston to bolster their attack. With RB Adrian Peterson not in the lineup this week due to his scheduled bye week, Slaton should be able to take up the slack. With the strong armed Brett Favre posed for a huge week, it could be a long day for the Fanatix. The Fields team is equally impressive. This team has the best offensive club in the league and has posted an astonishing 951 points from that unit. WR Andre Johnson leads all WR`s in scoring over the past 4 weeks with 90 points and is a true beast. With the re-emergence of QB Donovan McNabb and WR Steve Smith this may be the best offensive unit in league history. On the other hand, the teams defensive play has been pathetic, posting a flacid 63.9 points for the season. Were it not for the equally inefficient Workhorse`s defense (63.7) the Fanatix would be at the bottom of the league here. Coach Fields has achieved a very respectful 83.3 year to date coaching efficiency, second only to the afor mentioned Whitmore leader. The Fanatix 71.6 VALUE RANKING is 4th best and their POWER RANKING of 28 is the 3rd best in the league. Grab your popcorn folks, this game should be a high score barn burner that you just may see again in week 16.

The rest of this weeks games are rather unremarkable to say the least. Noone cares who wins between Pardue and Tiff, The Purple vs Crownholders event should be an exciting matchup. The People-Eaters probably won`t win 2 more games this season, so we`ll go with the Crownholders. They are better than the `Eaters in the big three of Power Rank, Value Rank, and YTD coaching efficiency. The Frost Furrious Flurries take on the underachieving Big D club. Big D will win this game by 60 points and begin their rise towards a Ballistic Bowl appearence. This team is near the top in mostt statistical categories and holds an unbelievable 106.1 value ranking. The ytd coaching efficiency is the teams weakest area and it is rumored a coaching change may take place without a win this week. Whitmore and Zima have both stepped on their peckers all season, noone wants to watch it again this week. What a pathetic look Zima ownership gets when his team has only 15 points after the early games. Don`t take it so serious bud, you probably are in 5 other leagues and the odds are you can do good in one of them. And Perdew and Boot Hill, uhh, hasn`t Perdew had enough of team owner T. Rhodes beating his ass all summer in The ISPAA fishing league? For some reason guys like this take their ass whoopins hard and often. Problem is when they finally win one it`s like all the others never even happened. They think their shit don`t stink. We will say Perdew wins this week only because the Boot Hill club is the worst 5-2 team in the history of the eSFL. Good luck everyone.

eSFL Insider-2008-week 7

Posted: Oct 19, 2008 11:47:03 by T. Rhodes

Week 7 of the INSIDER was supposed to be submitted bu J.V. of the Big `D` franchise. Evidently he didn`t have time. Beginning next season, any owner who does not write the INSIDER or meet the deadline will lose 20 points for that weeks games. The INSIDER must be at least 50 different words. OK, I`ll write a small deal here for this week. With the league adding a RB and WR to the starting roster in 2007, things have gotten tight. Last season this move was barely an afterthought because we had two seperate conferences. This season, well, it has had a huge impact.

I am not going to predict any eSFL outcomes for this week except one, Perdew gets his ass kicked. What I will do is tell you (yes, tell you, not predict) that the Tampa Bay Rays beat the Red Sox tonight 6-3 in 13 innings. As I predicted 3 weeks ago, the Zima club has began to show its greatness with 3 wins in a row. Watch out for Temp and Big D, those are the best 3 teams in the league this year. As far as bottom feeders go, well Boot Hill, Tiff, and Purple all suck and should have a chance at the Gunner Bowl in 2008. If you guys and gal have not been to the EA Sports fantasy site (our backup) go and check it out. The scores may be a little differnt than here, but thats the way it goes. See ya, Fathead from the Fatbacks just arrived and he`s about to start feeding his face. If I want anything I gotta go get it.

2008-week 6 by Bruce Fields

eSFL Insider-2008-week 6

Posted: Oct 8, 2008 05:48:01 by Bruce Fields

Week 6 is upon us and the current standings do not reflect the best teams in the league. To be honest, both Boot Hill and the Fields Fanatix have been lucky! When the regular season ends, these two teams will be scrambling to find a spot in the playoffs. If for some reason these pathetic teams make the playoffs, dont expect them to go far. ESFL insider caught up with Fanatix owner Bruce Fields after he squeaked out a win over his rival opponent and he had this to say: We have been fortunate thus far. We need more production from our tight ends and our defense. If we dont get our act together we will be sucking hind tit! As far as our win over the Tornadoes, I may be sleeping on the couch tonight.

When the INSIDER asked Balut head coach T. Rhodes how his team has started the 08 campaign at 4-1 he said, `With great coaching, wonderfull gameplanning, brilliant performances from all our positions. If you believe that then you don`t know shit about whats going on here. We have been the luckiest bastards in the league and need to get this thing turned around in a hurry.`

There are some interesting match-ups this week. Without consistency from LT, I expect the Brusiermakers to struggle against the Workhorse. However, Whitmore needs pull his head out of his ass and start Eli Manning if he wants to stay competitive. The Tornadoes go on the road to Crownholder. The Tornadoes are in bad shape at the RB position. Peyton Manning is due for a huge game, so I give the edge to Tiffany. Next we have Big D vs Temp. Big Ds team is much better than his record reflects. He should get an easy win over Temp. The Pulverizers vs Flurries game could be an ugly game. The Flurries scored a dismal 94 points last week and the Pulverizers managed only 113 points. Due to the poor performance of these teams ESPN has decided to bypass showing any highlights of these two teams. So, after flipping a coin to decide the outcome of this game, the Flurries should add another win to their column. Look for the Fatbacks to edge out a victory over the PP Eaters.

Finally, the match-up of the week. Boot Hill vs Fields Fanatix. If we look at the total points scored by these two teams you are probably asking how this could be the match-up of the week. Let me explain. First, these two teams are leading their respective divisions. Secondly, this is the longest running rivalry in the league. These two teams have been butting heads for about seven years. In my request to the league for info concerning the head to head record for these teams over the years I received the following from the league office:

Sir,

We received your written request concerning the results of head to head play between the Rhodes Runners and Fields Fanatix for the period of 2002-2007. Although you did not provide the appropriate forms (eSFLh1a,SFLRF1, eSFL102, LRF008 and HISform 1089), we have provided the info as requested below. In the future, please use the appropriate forms and follow the instructions on them for proper routing procedures. We thank you for your interest in the league and hope our assistance has been what you expected.

Yours Truly,

T. Lee Rhodes

Commissioner, ESFL

2002: 1-1 with fields winning 1st round playoff game

2003: Rhodes beat Fields in only meeting

2004: Fields and Rhodes split 4 games (2-2)

2005: DNP (Fields was named Rhodes Runner head coach following week 5.)

2006: Rhodes defeated Fields in only matchup

2007:DNP

OVERALL: Rhodes leads regular season head to head matchups 5-3, Fields 1-0 in playoffs.

Note that the Fanatix owner was the head coach of the Rhodes Runners in 2005(former team of Terry Rhodes). The way I see it, if history is any prediction of the future, the Fanatix should win hands down!

2008-Week 5 by Jordan Kizima

eSFL Insider-2008-Week 5

Posted: Oct 3, 2008 18:10:33 by Jordan Kizima

This article is being written by T. Rhodes as a favor for the very very busy Jordan Kizima.

Week 5`s big matchup is the Fanatix against the Tornadoes. This game has a 1-3 team going against a 3-1 team, but don`t let that make you believe this isn`t an important one. The Tornadoes can not afford to lose this week, although we wouldn`t call it a must win just yet. There are plenty of playoff spots available this season, and I think it is possible several teams will qualify with losing records. However, this matchup is much more than the Fanatix against the Tornadoes. It is a household bragging rights deal, lose it and wait for several weeks to get your revenge. During that wait I am sure the winning team will constantly remind the loser of just what the score was. Look for the Tornadoes to turn things around this week and continue their domination of the Fanatix franchise with another big win here. The combo of P. Manning and R. Wayne will prove to be to much for the Fanatix D. McNabb and S. Smith.

The rest of this weeks games are also very exciting and should all go to the wire. Big `D` adds to their win total and begins to show their strengths for the remainder of the season. The Whitmore team just doesn`t have enough `horses` to keep up here and we expect this to be the only blowout of the week. Big `D` by 85 points.

Perdew will taste the agony of defeat when the Purple team hands them a heartbreaker. As a matter of fact, barring a lot of injuries in the NFL this season, we expect the Perdew team to be on their way to a bigtime losing streak, say 6 in a row. It`ll be a deep hole they will not be able to get out of and will not make the playoffs. As far as this week, Purple will use Greg Jenning and Jared Allen to win by a slim margin of less than 1. Perdew just doesn`t have the coaching experience in this league and will be wishing his lineup had been set differently after this one is over. The Tem Texas Boys take their league leading 651 points to the Crownholder club who is coming off a dissapointing loss last week. The Texas Boys are probably the best 2-2 team you will ever see, and should get better when they get all their players back from injury. The Crownholder on the other hand, is a weak pathetic team that has somehow posted a 3-1 record. Don`t be alarmed folks, this club will be lucky to win 3 more the rest of the way. The Zima vs frost game is nothing remarkable unless your a Fatbacks fan, who can ill afford a 1-4 start. Honestly, I think the Fatbacks are the second best team in the league and will begin to show it to the rest of the league. The Fatbacks win this one and the next 7 in a row. Their opponent has been hampered by TDY status and the inability to properly maintain their organization. We all tip our hat to Jeff for his hard work, but this won`t be a good week in the eSFL for him. On the bright side, it looks like he has a solid team and will be a serious contender for back-back Ballistic Bowl wins. Ron Pardue will try to fight the funk his organization has been in since the final week of 2007. The Rhodes Runners sent his team to its first loss of the season and spoiled their bid for perfection. The club has never rebounded from the loss and has lost 4 of 5 contest since. In conversation with team owner Ron Pardue he places the blame on his being a newlywed and the lack of devotion to upcoming game study time. Look for the Bruisermakers to beat the pathetic Balut by 150 this week and regain their confidence that earned them the nickname MFIC (MO FO in Charge). The Bruisermakers will use this game as a springboard to their first eSFL championship. The Balut on the other hand, well, it will be a long sorry season that will have their fans screaming `Ah Buhay`! Pathetic losers!

eSFL Insider-2008-Week 4

After three eSFL weeks I believe I can speak for everyone and say, `I`m glad it`s football season`. Before I discuss this weeks games I`d like to announce to the world that my team, the Zima Fatbacks, will be renamed beginning next season. We will become the Kizima Kamikaze. The Fatbacks have a long and proud eSFL tradition, to include a Ballistic Bowl championship. The namechange is more of a result of my muscular physique turning into a lard ass than anything else. I know with the hard work the commissioner does to keep the eSFL history, the Fatbacks will never be forgotten and their rightfull place in league history will always be something the league keeps everyone aware of. Now, on to this weeks. First of all, the stupidest trade in the history of fantasy football, yes, not just the eSFL, but the world, was pulled off by the Whitmore club. Either this franchise is planning a wholsale sell out or they have lost their minds. Larry Fitz for E. Grahm? You gotta be kidding me. Whitmore could have had almost any two players from any teams rosters for fitz, and he gets E. Grahm. With NFL bye weeks upon us, look for the llack of team depth to really be apparent from here on out. The Workehorse club will fall and fall big to the Pulverizers, who have quietly have assembled a championship caliber club. Jones-Drew and Chambers will both put up 40 bombs while the workhorse`s flacid attack of Jason Campbell and the afore mentioned E. Grahm will both score less than 10. Whit`s team doesnt have enough on his roster to win this one. The Big `D` versus Fanatix game is much more intriguing and should be a much more competitive game. Larry Fitz and Jay Cutler will prove to much for the pathetic Fanatix`s QB position. The Fanatix WR and RB`s are solid, but won`t be enough. The People-eaters go to 1-3 with their jokes at qb Gus Frerotte, RB E. James, and Wr P. Clayton. They wont break 65 total points this week. On the other side, Carson Palmer and Hines Ward both put up 50 each and rumble to an easy win.

Frost has no chance against Pardue because he`s the MFIC! Pardue wins by 100. Boot Hill will smash the crownholder and knock that silly hat off his teams logo. Kyle Orton? His first eSFL start ever, and it won`t be pretty. The Balut are the luckiest bastards alive and win again this week.

And the game of the century is the Fatbacks versus them Texas Boys. First of all, that is the gayest helmet on the planet except for the Texas Longhorn collegiate edition. I will beat the Texas Boys because the odds of any team in the eSFL starting 0-4 are 1 in 124,076. I figured it out, and I like my odds.

2008 WEEK 3 Preview: By Josh Perdew

WEEK 3 Preview: By Josh Perdew

Wow! What a start to this season! I am sure some owners are excited while

others are heartbroken by some of their draft choices.

The Perdew Pulverizers traded off Laurence Maroney to the Fanatix for Marc

Bulger and Mercedes Lewis in a last minute trade on Sunday before kickoffs.

This move by the Pulverizers should certainly help with the horrible QB

plays of both David Garrard and the injured and unhappy Jeff Garcia.

Bulger only put up average numbers, but it helped the Pulverizers pull off

the upset against the Fanatix in week 2.

In the Appalachian Division, I seem to think that many of these teams are

very similar and I believe this conference will be a tight race to the end

for the top spot. I look to see the Tornadoes bounce back from a

disastrous week 2 and move to 2-1 when they pound Whit Workhorses this

week. I see the Fanatix drop another game and take a big loss against the

PeopleEaters. The top matchup in the division is Big D against the

Pulverizers. Big D quarterback Jay Cutler has been phenomenal so far

this year and if his streak continues, the Pulverizers dont stand a

chance. I may be bias on this prediction, but I see Cutler return to

regular form and the Pulverizers win a tight one by merely 7 points.

In the Global Division, I predict Boot Hill Balut to fall to the 1st place

Texas Boys and they move to an undefeated 3-0. I see D Crownholder

struggle offensively and Frosts Flurries take advantage and spring an

upset. The game of the week is the Fatbacks vs. Bruisermakers. This game

should be very close with the Bruisermakers seeking out their 1st win of

the season.

Good luck to all!!!
