The Orange Crush and Texas Stars meet for the third time this season with hopes of advancing to the Nebula Conference title game. The Crush has beaten the Stars both times they met this year and will try for a trifecta to send their opponent into the Gunner Cup stage. The Stars somehow won last week despite only posting 129 points, not a very promising outlook going into a playoff game of this caliber. Regardless of past meetings and performances, both owners are ready and expect to advance to a week 15 conference game.
If the Texas Stars wish to challenge the Crush this week they must receive 30 plus from AP, Bowe, Smith, and Stafford, a big time feat if it is pulled off. The Crush simply need superstar Tom Brady to play his game and allow the compliment of players behind him to add 10 or 12 each, a win would be all but guaranteed.
