Game Notes |
Coach Fields has never been beaten by coach Viall in regular season head to head play (4-0).Both of these teams are very much alive for a playoff spot but this game could go a long way in deciding who is in and who is
out. The Fanatix are coming off a loss last week and looking to rebound and stay at the top of the division. Neither team
is going to be missing any major players from this game, but the
Vigilantes will be without star defensive player Ware which might cause
some problems. These teams are very evenly matched as they both are averaging around 170 points a game. I see the
difference being matchups and I think the Fanatix players are going
against the lesser defenses therefore I see them pulling out a close
one, but this game will come down to the last minutes.

Game Notes |
Frost leads regular season head to head 6-4.In
another matchup where a team could be just about eliminated from the
playoffs is the Flurries taking on the Crownholders. The Flurries come
into the contest at 1-4 and in need of a victory, and they might get
lucky that Tony "Oh No" Romo is on a bye this week and they will have to
start Dalton. I think with the combination of Dalton and a break out
game for CJ and another solid performance from Andre Johnson are going
to be enough to pull off the upset this week. For the Crownholders I
see Brees having another huge game but not getting much other production
from the rest of his guys and falling to the lowly Flurries.

Game Notes |
Seventh regular season meeting between these teams, series tied at three wins each.Let's
look at what just should be the game of the week in the Vintage
conference but could turn out to be a blow out of the first place team.
The Perdew Pulverizers who have averaged 175.82 points a game, but only
have a 3-2 record to show for it against the Texan Bruisers who are
averaging only 158.08 points a game but hold the lead in the division
with a 5-0 record. This is a matchup of the top 2 teams in the division,
with the Pulverizers led by Foster who is the #2 scoring back in the
league and AJ Green who is the #1 WR in the league so far this year.
The Pulverizers won't be missing any key players in this game and should
put up another solid performance of at least 160+ points. The Bruisers
are led by Matt Ryan who is the top scorer in the league so far and a
solid group of WRs that include Fitz, Amendola, and Lance Moore, but
will be missing my top RB in Murray this week due to a bye. I don't
see my team scoring enough to win this matchup and keeping my unbeaten
streak alive.

Game Notes |
All-time regular season meetings are tied at 1-1.The
Sweaty Palms and the Workhorse is going to go just like the line says
it should, this game won't be close and the Palms will have to cherish
the ring they got last year because they will be pretty much eliminated
from playoff contention after this loss. At the time of production the
Palms hadn't set a lineup but it won't matter they have zero chance of
winning this game. The Workhorse will rebound from a tough loss last
week and get back to .500.

Game Notes |
Temp is 8-4 in regular season matchups against Pardue dating back to 2005. Temp's
Texas Boys square off against Pardue Bruisermakers in an almost must
win for the Texas Boys. They have lost 2 of their last 3 and sit at 2-3
on the season. They have a key component out with Stafford on a bye
this week, which may cost him. He is yet to set a starting lineup but I
would think he would start Wilson this week with Sanchez playing
Houston. Either way it isn't going to matter, neither will put up
enough points for the win. BUT he may get lucky that Pardue also has
several key players on bye this week. This is going to be a battle of
who can find the hidden gem for the week. On paper Pardue has the
better team and I think the final score will show this. I see the Texas
boys falling again and getting really desperate for a win next week.

Game Notes |
All-Time Regular season series between coaches is tied at 4-4.Runners
against the Ruskies. Both teams come into this game needing a win.
The question is can the Runners get a win against some of their former
players in Williams but get lucky that Calvin Johnson is on a bye this
week and won't have to face him. Zima definitely has the advantage in
QBs this week with Vick playing a tough Steeler defense and Manning
going against a less than good NE defense. I think the RBs are a wash
and the Runners have a bit of an advantage at WR. This game is going to
come down to whose defense performs better and I see the Runners coming
out to play this week and getting the win over some of their former
players who won't be able to do enough to beat their former coach.

Game Notes |
First ever matchup.
Ho
Hum....The McKevitt team has surprised most everyone with his two wins
without ownership involvement in the draft. They enter week five in a
two game losing streak even though week three was a split with 175
points. The team does have players in Jones-Drew and Andre Johnson and
likely will post a solid 175 this week since they are at full strength.
The Money Team is a hard one to figure out. One would think the
likes of Arian Foster, Doug Martin, A.J. Green, and Jason Whitten this
team would have performed at a higher level than they have thus far.
Last week was a pathetic excuse for an effort to win in fantasy
football, the greenbacks posted a flaccid 108 in their loss to the
Pollacks. However, looking at team numbers overall this is a unit that
likely will be in the top three in their division at seasons end. Patience my good freind, patience.

Game Notes |
First ever matchup.The
Flish's Crazy Daisy's somehow have scored over 180 twice this season
and has only one victory to show for it. The problem is the team
had
two weeks they barely broke 100 and lost both. With only three running
backs on the squad ownership has gambled that injuries will not
play
a part in the outcome of their season. Meanwhile the Fighting Pollacks
have demonstrated the ability to win when a loss should have been
achieved. The teams 3-2 record is a little misleading with a 110 point
victory, but the remainder of the teams victory's have been worthy of
such and it appears this team has been undervalued by most all Insider
so called experts. With Ray Rice and Victor Cruz in the lineup this team
can beat anyone on anygiven day.

Never played one another before.As
commissioner of the league I am expected to root for only one team, the
Rhodes Runners, the one I coach. However, I have a special place in my
trophy case set aside for the Coalition's Ballistic Bowl trophy that I
expect this team to bring home this season. The Coalition is not
considered a powerhouse by most analyst, but I like this team a lot.
This week they are coached by Chris Whitmore and look to win for the
fourth time in the last five games.

First ever matchup.The
Brady Bunch lost last week to break a four game winning streak. The
Venom had a winning streak broken last week as well, losing for the
first time since week one. While the Bunch has appeared to be the power
of the Nebula Conferenc last week was a big let down with only 121
points fielded and the loss to the Texas Stars. This week Matt Ryan,
Matt Forte, and Jordy Nelson will lead the team back into the victory
column. The Venom is hampered by wide receiver Calvin Johnson's bye week, sorry about that.

team needs more pep rally's? Not a chance on it, after the coach was
heard rapping about a double header sweep prior to week three his team
