eSFL 2013 Teams and Info!
The 2013 eSFL season is just around the corner!

We have only a few weeks to get it set, so now is the time. Things will move fast, do not delay or you will not be in!
All team owners must send me notice of their desire to play via email (punchout@yahoo.com) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! If you have already done so please do so again to make sure I got it unless your name is listed below or you want another team in the opposite conference (in parenthesis, x indicates not eligible for additional team):
Kav (1), Pardue (x), Brady Bunch (x), Perdew (1), Klimko (1), Money (1), Dlugiewicz (1)
We have 7 (and possibly 9) openings, 4 in the Nebula, three in the Vintage.
Team owners are allowed to own 1 team in EACH CONFERENCE! You must be able to attend the draft for both of course. Draft dates and times are below!
We will begin filling team openings beginning on the 28th of July!
To obtain a team you must send me an email and tell me the owners name, team name, owners e mail address. I will then send the owner an invite from Leaguesafe.com to make their payment for league entry (115.00). All owners must have paid their entry fees before August 8th 2013 or another team will replace them. If you wish to make payment via regular mail e mail me for my address (deadline still exist). Any owner who needs an extension to this deadline must get with me to resolve it, not all owners will be granted this privilege, an no new owner will be.
Team openings will be filled by commissioner using names of those who have sent a request to join, if needed we will hold a lottery type drawing.
2013 CHANGES:
This year we have a few changes, some are obvious, some are not:
1. Expansion from 24 to 32 teams:
2. The Top 4 in each Division will qualify for the playoffs (8 teams per conference). Blackjack will remain in effect. Each division winner will be able to select their first round playoff opponent!
3. Gunner Cup Prize will be raised to to 300.00.
4. Ballistic Bowl will be 90/10. Winner gets 2731.50, loser gets 303.50 (90/10 will be based on entry fees and the unknown transaction fees, so the listed amounts likely will be higher). Amounts are based on 29 teams at 115.00 per (commissioner does not pay entry fee, two teams will be league owned, see below).
5. Each conference will have ONE team owned by the league and drafted by an owner from the opposite conference. The teams will be the Standout Coalition and the Standout Alliance. The commissioner will draft the Coalition team, the Alliance team drafter will be determined. If either of the teams win any awards, that award will be carried forward to next years award winnings.
6. Max number of players allowed on a team roster by position has been reduced:
QB-3
RB-5
WR-8
TE-5
PK-3
DL-12
DB-12
LB- 12
7. IR spots has been reduced from 2 to 1. To add a player to the IR will cost the owner 5.00. To activate the player from the IR will cost 5.00.
8. One (1) Minors roster spot has been added: To place a player in the Minors cost 0.00. To activate a player from the minors cost 5.00. There are no limits to how many players you place and remove from the minors during the season. The only limit is only 1 minor spot exist, so a player must be activated to place another in the minors.

I have noticed Internet Explorer 10 does not work with the eSFL official site http://www.fantasyleaguemanager.com/football/esfl/index.php
I recommend all owners ensure they have 9 or 8, or use firefox or chrome.
You will not be able to draft using IE 10, so check the site now and resolve your issues.

2013 Entry Fee Payment Options
Team owners may pay their 2013 league entry fees either by sending it to the commissioner (email me for address punchout@yahoo.com) or at leaguesafe.com (https://www.leaguesafe.com/join/1506057/esfl-2013). You should have received an invite via email for the leaguesafe site, if you did not try the link above or email me for help.

2013 eSFL Draft!
The 2013 eSFL drafts will be held on 16 18 Aug and 23 25 Aug at 0900 eastern time.
The Vintage Conference draft will be held on16 18 August at 0900 Eastern Time!
The Nebula Conference Draft will be held on23 25 August at 0900 Eastern Time!
If you had a team last year you will be in the same conference unless you absolutely cannot make the draft date of that conference (contact me). Teams changing conferences is a last resort option and NOT ALL TEAMS CAN CHANGE conferences for various reasons. So, get it resolved and be there for your draft day!
Also, team owners may have a team in each conference on an as needed basis to fill the league. However, new team owners usually is our preferred method of filling both conferences. I will start sending team request sometime around July 27th.
The Nebula conference will have a league controlled team as last year and will be called the Standout Coalition. The Vintage Conference may also have a league controlled team, unknown at this time. If a league controlled team wins any award that award will be carried forward to next years award. More to come.

2013 eSFL Draft Dates!!!
The 2013 eSFL drafts will be held on 18 Aug and 25 Aug at 0900 eastern time.
We will hold two drafts as we did last season, one for the Nebula Conference and one for the Vintage Conference.
Please let me know if you plan to participate this season or if you are out. The sooner I know this the better the league will be.
We hope to have a min of 24 teams as last season, and if we have enough people we will go a max of 32. 32 will be 16 teams per conference, a number we used in past single conference seasons with a lot of success. If there are openings owners may have a team in each conference if they wish. Each Conference will have one team ran by the league, if that team wins the money will go into next seasons award pot.

Let me know if you have any new folks who wants to play and we will do our best to get them in.
